Leave a legacy

Leave a legacy

Over 2,000 children depend on ZOA-UK each year and many more are out of school. Leaving a gift in your will is an investment which will have a long-lasting impact, helping to build a better future for the communities we work with.

Having spent your working life providing for yourself and your family, we understand that what you leave behind has been hard-earned, carefully managed and is extremely important to you. If you do choose to leave a legacy we will ensure this continues to be the case and promise to use your gift carefully.

Leaving a gift to ZOA in your will can be a lot easier than you think, and it will have a huge impact on so many people’s lives. You could help to provide an education to a child, train a teacher, or fund school meals that keep hundreds of children free from hunger so they can concentrate on learning. You can play a vital role in helping children in Zambia achieve their potential.

If you have any questions or want to discuss leaving a legacy please call Katy on 01223 901 006 or email her at [email protected]

Thank you.

A single gift can transform a child's life for years to come

In 2016 we received a legacy of £25,000 from the estate of Mrs Kathleen Potter. Mrs Potter was born in Zambia and spent some of her youth there as the daughter of a medical missionary. We were able to use her legacy to invest in the future of the communities we work with and create a better life for them for years to come.

Help change a child's future

Your help can support children through primary andsecondary school, provide nutritious school meals so pupilsaren’t learning on an empty stomach and support those that canthrough tertiary vocational training. We provide a holisticapproach so also provide mental health support and other inputswhere needed.

Thank you!
